Clownfish – Amazing Symbiotic Partner
The red wolf (Canis lupus rufus) is a critically endangered species of wolf which was once very populous, roaming the American South. Originally, this species’ range extended from all over the gulf coast to the Ohio River Valley and as far north as Pennsylvania, and as far west as Missouri. This amazing animal was the top of its food chain in almost every environment in which it thrived, including swamps, plains and forests.
Catfish are an order of diverse and interesting animals that are dispersed throughout the world. In fact, at least one species of catfish lives in the waters of every continent in the world, with the exception of Antarctica (and who can blame them!) Most species live in fresh water, and more than half of all species live in North and South America.
The African buffalo – sometimes called by the native names “affalo”, “nyati”, “mbogo” or Cape buffalo is a large plains dwelling mammal and a close cousin to the Asian water buffalo. Unlike the domesticated bovines (cows and bulls) in western countries, these large lumbering creatures are totally wild and dangerous.
